Brazi Bites Gluten-Free Ham and Swiss Bake
Ingredients
- 1 bag Brazi Bites Cheddar and Parmesan Cheese Bread
- 3-4 eggs
- 1/2 C heavy cream or half and half
- 1 tsp garlic powder
- 1 tsp salt
- 1 tsp pepper
- 1 tbsp fresh rosemary and thyme (chopped)
- 1 package of ham
- 1 package of swiss cheese
- 1/2 C of butter
- 1/2 tbsp of herbs

Preheat oven to 375°F.

Coat a 9x11 pan with butter.

Bake Brazi Bites according to package instructions. Let them cool completely.

While the Brazi Bites cool, prepare the rest of the ingredients.

Whisk together the eggs, and cream or half and half, chopped herbs, salt, pepper and garlic powder.

Cut the swiss cheese into triangles and cut the ham slices in half.

When the Cheese Bread is cool, slice each piece in half.

Coat the Cheese Bread pieces in the egg and cream mixture and put them into the prepared baking dish.

Tuck the cheese and ham into the nooks and crannies between the Cheese Bread.

Bake at 375°F for about 20 minutes or until the internal temperature is 160°F degrees and the cheese has melted.

Sprinkle some herbs on top. Serve hot and enjoy!
