  • 2 bags Cheddar Parmesan Cheese Bread
  • 8 tbsp unsalted butter
  • 3 tbsp gluten-free all-purpose flour
  • 2 ½ C whole milk
  • 3 C sharp cheddar cheese, shredded
  • 2 C gruyere cheese cheese, shredded
  • 1 tbsp dijon mustard
  • Pinch of cayenne pepper
  • 1 LB gluten-free pasta of your choice

    Cook Cheese Bread according to package instructions and let cool.

    Add Cheese Bread into a food processor. Process on high speed for 30 seconds for coarse bread crumbs, or 1 minute for fine bread crumbs.

    Preheat your oven to 350°F. Grease baking dish.

    Cook pasta al dente, drain, and toss with olive oil.

    Make cheese sauce: melt butter, add flour, whisk in milk, seasonings, and simmer until thickened. Add cheese gradually, stirring until melted.

    Combine sauce with pasta, season, and pour into a baking dish. Sprinkle Cheese Bread crumbs and bake for 20 minutes, broil if needed for golden brown.
