- 2 bags of Cheese Bread, any flavor
- 2 C chicken, chopped
- 12 oz. of cream cheese, softened
- 1/3 C of BBQ sauce
- 1.5 C of shredded cheddar cheese, divided
- 2 green onions, chopped and divided
- 1 corn cob (or 1 C of corn)
- 1/2 t of black pepper
- Tabasco sauce, to taste
Preheat grill to high.
Cream cheese mixture: combine the cream cheese and BBQ sauce together until smooth. Add pre-shredded or chopped grilled chicken, 1 cup of cheese, 1 green onion, corn (you can use canned or defrosted frozen corn, but charring up a fresh corn cob and using it adds a fresh taste and an additional dash of smoke ), tabasco sauce, and black pepper.
Line your cast iron with 2 rows of Cheese Bread before filling the center with the cream cheese mixture.
Once hot place your pan on the grill. Cover and cook for 15 minutes before rotating the pan and topping with the remaining cheese.
Cook 15 more minutes or until golden and bubbly. Remove from grill carefully and allow to sit 10-15 minutes before serving.
