Brazi BITES Pop Up Pizza

This delicious recipe was created in partnership with Reesa from Momma Lew blog. Her fun and unique recipe for Pop Up Pizza uses Brazilian Cheese Bread as the crust for a gluten-free, cheesy twist to a week night dinner or party spread!

INGREDIENTS

• 4 T pizza sauce
• 3 T shredded Parmesan
• 1 /2 cup shredded mozzarella
• 1 t Italian seasoning
• sliced pepperoni, optional
• any other toppings you like ?
• 1-2  11.5 oz bags of Brazilian Cheese Bread, we recommend Garlic Asiago
• cast iron skillet

INSTRUCTIONS

PREHEAT OVEN TO 400° F
STEP 1
Line the cast iron skillet with Brazilian Cheese Bread. Bake for 20 minutes, or until golden.
STEP 2
Remove from the oven and place on a heat safe surface or trivet. Top the ‘crust’ with pizza sauce, cheese, and your favorite toppings
STEP 3
Bake for an additional 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
SERVE
Serve hot!
