- 1 bag of Cheese Bread (any flavor, Kylee used Parmesan Asiago, thawed)
- 1/2 C basil pesto
- 15 cherry or grape tomatoes (approx, cut into quarters)
- 1 C shredded mozzarella (approximately)
- 3 T fresh basil (chiffonaded)
Begin by thawing your Cheese Bread .
Preheat oven to 400F.
Take two pieces of Cheese Bread and squish together with your hands.
Roll into a ball, then roll out into a circle with a rolling pin.
Repeat with remaining bites.
Bake circles for 10 minutes, then remove from oven.
Top with 1 T pesto, tomatoes and mozzarella.
Bake for another 10 minutes.
Remove from oven, top with fresh basil.
