Gluten-Free Tomato Basil Pizza Bites

New Zealand native, Kylee of Kylee Cooks loves easy weeknight meals, and weekend entertaining with friends. Tomato, basil and mozzarella feature in her recipe for gluten-free pizza bites that’s perfect weeknights or weekends. They’re super easy to make, delicious and totally addictive!


Ingredients
- 1 bag of Cheese Bread (any flavor, Kylee used Parmesan Asiago, thawed)
- 1/2 C basil pesto
- 15 cherry or grape tomatoes (approx, cut into quarters)
- 1 C shredded mozzarella (approximately)
- 3 T fresh basil (chiffonaded)

Begin by thawing your Cheese Bread .

Preheat oven to 400F.

Take two pieces of Cheese Bread and squish together with your hands.

Roll into a ball, then roll out into a circle with a rolling pin.

Repeat with remaining bites.

Bake circles for 10 minutes, then remove from oven.

Top with 1 T pesto, tomatoes and mozzarella.

Bake for another 10 minutes.

Remove from oven, top with fresh basil.
