Gluten-Free Tomato Basil Pizza Bites

Ingredients

  • 1 bag of Cheese Bread (any flavor, Kylee used Parmesan Asiago, thawed)
  • 1/2 C basil pesto
  • 15 cherry or grape tomatoes (approx, cut into quarters)
  • 1 C shredded mozzarella (approximately)
  • 3 T fresh basil (chiffonaded)

    Begin by thawing your Cheese Bread .

    Preheat oven to 400F.

    Take two pieces of Cheese Bread and squish together with your hands.

  4. 4

    Roll into a ball, then roll out into a circle with a rolling pin.

  5. 5

    Repeat with remaining bites.

  6. 6

    Bake circles for 10 minutes, then remove from oven.

  7. 7

    Top with 1 T pesto, tomatoes and mozzarella.

    Bake for another 10 minutes.

    Remove from oven, top with fresh basil.

    Devour!
