Shrimp Ceviche with Garlic Asiago Scoops

Perfect for warm weather entertaining, our shrimp ceviche recipe will wow a crowd of any size! Garlic Asiago scoops lend a savory and creative base for the traditional Latin American dish.


Ingredients
- 12 Garlic Asiago Brazi Bites
- 1/2 lb shrimp
- 1/2 jalapeño
- 1/2 lemon
- 1/4 red onion
- 1/2 cucumber
- 1 1/2 tomatoes
- 1/2 avocado
- 1 handful cilantro
- 1/2 cucumber
- 15 fl oz lime juice
- 2 tbs Worcestershire sauce
- Hot sauce, salt & pepper to taste

Preheat oven to 400F.

Make Cheese Bread based on package instructions.

Combine shrimp and 4 oz of lime juice in a bowl. Cover and refrigerate for at least two hours.

Dice onions, tomatoes, cucumbers and jalapeños. Chop cilantro.

Use your thumb to flatten Brazi Bites. Place onto a baking sheet and bake at 400 degrees for 5 minutes. This will crisp up the bites so you can easily scoop the ceviche.

Remove shrimp from lime juice and in a separate bowl, combine with remaining ingredients.

Serve ceviche with toasted Brazilian Cheese Bread scoops. Enjoy!
