Gluten-Free Bacon and Cheddar Rolls

Thaw Cheese Bread, either overnight in the fridge, or for 1-2 hours on at room temp - until completely soft.
Preheat oven to 385. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper.
Rub some oil on the palms of your hands. Take 2 dough pieces and roll them together into a snake. Make it about 6 inches long, about the thickness of a pen.
Twist into a pretzel shape on the baking sheet.
Repeat with the rest of the dough.
Brush the dough with the egg water mixture, and sprinkle them with the salt.
Bake for 15-20 minutes, until puffed and golden. Served with mustard or your favorite dip. Enjoy!
