Gluten-Free Monkey Bread

This Gluten-Free Monkey Bread is guaranteed to make mouths water. Made with Cheese Bread it's easy, delicious and the perfect sweet and savory pairing for that morning cup of coffee.

  • 1 bag of Cheese Bread (any flavor)
  • 3 T melted butter
  • 1/4 C brown sugar
  • 2 t cinammon
  • 1 t nutmeg
  • Icing: powdered sugar + Oatly oat milk

    Let Cheese Bread defrost ~10 minutes on counter.

    Preheat oven to 375F (slightly lower temp, so bites can bake slowly).

    Combine melted butter, sugar, and spices in a bowl.

    Spray baking dish with cooking oil and arrange Brazi Bites in dish, pushing slightly together.

    Pour butter mixture over bites, filling in gaps.

    Bake for approx. 50 minutes or until Cheese Bread is fork tender.

    Let cool completely before removing from baking dish. Pro tip: place in the fridge to fully set.
