Gluten-Free Monkey Bread

This Gluten-Free Monkey Bread is guaranteed to make mouths water. Made with Cinnamon Churro Brazi Bites it's easy, delicious and the perfect pairing for that morning cup of coffee.


  • 1 Bag of Cinnamon Churro Brazi Bites
  • 3 tbsp melted butter
  • 1/4 cup brown sugar
  • 2 tsp cinammon
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • Icing: powdered sugar + Oatly oat milk

    Let Brazi Bites defrost ~10 minutes on counter

    Preheat oven to 375F (slightly lower temp, so bites can bake slowly)

    Combine melted butter, sugar, and spices in a bowl

  4. 4

    Spray baking dish with cooking oil and arrange Brazi Bites in dish, pushing slightly together

  5. 5

    Pour butter mixture over bites, filling in gaps

  6. 6

    Bake for approx. 50 minutes or until bites are fork tender

  7. 7

    Let cool completely before removing from baking dish. Pro tip: place in the fridge to fully set!

    Drizzle with icing before serving, enjoy!
