Thaw Cheese Bread, either overnight in the fridge, or for 1-2 hours on at room temp - until completely soft.
Preheat oven to 350.
In a medium bowl, mix together the pre-cooked ground beef, cream cheese, taco seasoning and all but 2 tablespoons of the shredded cheese. Set aside while you prepare the dough.
Put all of the thawed dough into a large bowl. Wet your hands with water. Work the dough into a ball. Rewet your hands as needed to keep the dough from sticking.
Place a sheet of parchment paper on your work surface and spray it with pan spray. Put the dough ball in the center. Spray another sheet of parchment with pan spray and place it onto the down ball greased side down.
Press the ball into a round disc about 1 inch thick.
Now use your rolling pin to roll it out thinner, turning the paper as needed to keep it round. It doesn’t need to be perfect! Roll it out to about ½ inch thick.
Use a small bowl or large cookie cutter to cut a ring out the center of the sheet of dough (this is where you’ll place your bowl of dips after it’s baked).
Remove the top sheet of parchment and the center of the dough you just cut.
Move the dough, still on the parchment paper, to a baking sheet - use a one with no rim around it, or use the underside of the pan - this way you’ll be able to slide it off the pan easily when it’s cooked.
Spoon the ground beef filling onto the dough, only placing it in the center area of the dough. Leave about 3 inches of extra dough around the outside to fold over the filling. Top the ground beef with the red onions.
Use a greased knife to make cuts in the dough ring every 3 inches all the way around. Using the parchment paper to lift the dough, cover the filling with the dough strips. Stretch and pull it as necessary to get it all covered.
Top the dough ring with the rest of the shredded cheese.
Bake for 20-30 mins, until the dough is golden and crispy. Let cool for 5-10 minutes.
Put your chosen dips into a bowl and place in the center of the ring. Enjoy!
