Brazilian Cheese Bread Bowl with Beer Cheese Dip


Ingredients
- 2-3 bags of Cheese Bread, flavor of your choice
- 2 T unsalted butter
- 3 T all-purpose flour
- 3/4 c whole milk or half and half
- 2/3 c beer
- 1 t worcestershire sauce
- 1 t dijon mustard
- 1/2 t garlic powder
- 1/4 t smoked paprika
- 1/4 t salt
- 2 1/2 c freshly shredded sharp cheddar cheese

Preheat oven to 400F.

Arrange and stack 2-3 bags of Cheese Bread in a deep pan until full.

Let dough thaw until soft enough to press together and fill any holes.

Cover outer-facing edges with foil.

Bake at 400 for 20 minutes.

Remove from oven and let cool in fridge until safe to touch.

Remove pan from outside of bread bowl and this time place it within the bread bowl.

Flip pan and bread bowl upside down so bread is covering the pan.

Bake again at 400 for 20 minutes or until golden.

Melt the butter in a medium saucepan over medium heat.

Whisk in flour until it reaches a clumpy paste texture (about 1 minute)

Slowly pour and whisk in milk. Keep whisking for about 1 minute or until consistency thickens slightly.

Stir in remaining ingredients adding one at a time

Remove from heat and transfer immediately into a serving dish or bread bowl.

Garnish with more cheese, jalapeños, or herbs (optional)

Serve warm or at room temperature.
