- 1 cup plain whole milk Greek yogurt
- ¼ cup buttermilk
- 1 garlic clove, minced or pressed
- 1 tbs minced dill
- 1 tbs minced chives
- 1 tbs minced parsley
- 1 tsp onion powder
- ½ tsp fine sea salt
- ½ tsp black pepper
- 1 package 3 Cheese Pizza, thawed
- Preferred vegetable oil
PREHEAT WAFFLE IRON ON ‘HIGH’
In a medium bowl whisk to combine yogurt, buttermilk, garlic, dill, chives, parsley, onion powder, salt, and pepper. Set aside.
Knead each bite just enough to soften and make them malleable. Lightly brush waffle iron with oil. Place 2 or more bites on waffle iron (depending on size of waffle iron) and close the iron. Cook until browned and crisp, 3-5 minutes. Repeat with remaining bites.
Serve bites hot with ranch dressing.
