Bacon, Egg & Cheese Brunch Bites

Preheat oven to 385. Spray muffin tins with pan spray. Press a cheese bread dough into each muffin tin so it covers the sides of the tin, and makes a cup in the center.
Bake for about 15-20 minutes until the dough has risen and is crispy and golden on the edges. If the center cup is completely puffed up, poke it down a bit with your finger or end of a chopstick, etc.
Let the bread cups cool for about 5 minutes.
Fill each cup with spinach artichoke dip. Top with shredded cheese and chives.
Bake again for about 5 minutes or until the cheese is melted.
