Big Mac Brazi Bites
Ingredients
- 1 package Brazi Bites Cheddar & Parmesan Cheese Bread
- 1⁄2 pound ground beef
- 1⁄2 C chopped onion
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- 1⁄4 C ketchup
- 1 tbsp brown sugar
- 1 tbsp yellow mustard
- 1⁄2 tsp white vinegar
- 1⁄4 tsp garlic powder
- 1⁄4 tsp paprika
- Pinch of cayenne pepper (optional)
- Sliced pickles
- Sesame seeds, garnish

Cook the Beef: Heat olive oil in a large skillet over medium heat. Add the ground beef and onion, and cook until the beef is browned and cooked through. Drain any excess grease.

Make the Sauce: In a small bowl, whisk together ketchup, brown sugar, mustard, white vinegar, garlic powder, paprika, and cayenne pepper (if using).

Mold the Brazi Bites: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Lightly grease a muffin tin. Use your chosen round object to gently press down on each Brazi Bite, creating a well in the center. Carefully transfer the molded Brazi Bites to the prepared muffin tin.

Assemble the Bites: Bake the Brazi Bites for 5-7 minutes, or until slightly golden brown and softened. Remove from the oven. Top each molded Brazi Bite with a spoonful of crumbled beef and slice of cheese.

Broil and Finish: Broil the bites for 2-3 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly and a small dice of pickle. Top with sauce and sprinkle with sesame seeds.
