Pizza Bomb


Ingredients
- 18 pieces of Garlic Asiago Cheese Bread
- 2 mozzarella cheese sticks
- 9 pieces pepperoni
- 1 T butter (melted)
- 1/2 T Italian seasoning
- 2 C marinara sauce
- Flour (to place on cutting board)

Preheat oven to 400F.

Place flour on the cutting board and then set your Cheese Bread on the board to thaw. When you are able to mold the dough, take 2 bites and combine them into 1 bigger dough ball. This will leave you with approximately 9 total balls.

Roll out each dough ball into a flat circle on the cutting board (the flour will help keep the dough from sticking). Place 1 teaspoon of marinara sauce in the middle of the flat circle.

Place 1 pepperoni slice in the middle of the flat circle, on top of the marinara sauce. Cut the mozzarella cheese sticks to your liking — we recommend 1 inch for a really cheesy Pizza Bomb. Place the cheese in the middle, on top of the pepperoni and marinara sauce.

Fold all sides of the flat circle, so the inside ingredients are covered. Take a fork and seal the border around the circle to ensure it’s sealed.

Add your Italian seasoning to the melted butter and mix well in a small bowl. Spread the butter mix on top of each Pizza Bomb.

Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden. Use the leftover marinara sauce as a dipping sauce.
