When your day starts off with a kimchi egg waffle sandwich on a cheesy gluten-free waffle... you can’t help but be in the best mood. It’s spicy, tangy, probiotic-rich and so satisfying!

Ingredients

  • 2 Brazi Bites Cheesy Waffles
  • 1 C sushi rice
  • 1/2 C Kimchi
  • 1 egg
  • 1 tbsp soy sauce
  • 1/2 tbsp sesame oil
  • sesame seeds, for garnish
  • green onions, for garnish

    Prepare sushi rice and egg to your liking (we like it fried).

    Heat frozen waffles in the toaster on the lowest heat setting. Repeat until ready or toasted to your liking.

    Make a sandwich with the waffles by placing the rice, kimchi, and cooked egg on top of one waffle.

    Drizzle with soy sauce and sesame oil. Sprinkle sesame seeds and green onion on top for garnish. Top off your sandwich with the second waffle and enjoy!
