Brazi Bites Mini Vietnamese Shrimp Toast

The crispy, fluffy texture of the Cheese Bread complements the shrimp perfectly. Plus, it's gluten-free, delicious, and incredibly easy to make!


Ingredients
- 1 bag of Cheddar & Parmesan Cheese Bread
- 1/2 pound shrimp chopped finely
- 1 shallot minced
- 3 green onions diced
- 1/2 tablespoon fish sauce
- 4 tablespoons mayo
- 1/4 cup shredded mixed cheese
- 1/4 cup shredded mozzarella
- fresh chilis
- salt & pepper for taste

Preheat oven to 400 degrees and cook cheese bread per instructions (20 minutes).

In a medium pan on medium heat add oil, shallots and cook for 1 minute.

Add shrimp, salt and pepper. Cook for two minutes making sure to separate shrimp into small pieces.

Once shrimp is cooked, turn heat to low, add green onions and fish sauce. Mix thoroughly then set aside to cool down.

In a small mixing bowl, combine shrimp mixture, mayo, cheese and mix thoroughly.

Cut cheese bread into halves and lay them in a baking dish. Top cheese bread with shrimp mixture and bake for 3-4 minutes.

Top with green onions, chilis and enjoy!
