Savory Cheddar & Parmesan cheese bread serves as a crust for delicious pumpkin cheesecake. Gluten-free and sure to wow anyone lucky enough to get a slice!
• 2 bags Cheddar & Parmesan Brazilian Cheese Bread
• 2 packs (8 oz) cream cheese
• 1/2 cup canned pumpkin
• 1/2 cup sugar
• 1/2 tsp cinnamon
• 2 eggs
• 1/2 tsp vanilla
• dash of ground cloves
• dash of nutmeg
PREHEAT OVEN TO 400°
Make Brazilian Cheese Bread based on package instructions.
PREHEAT OVEN TO 350°
Flatten bites and place in a circular arrangement at the bottom of a pie tin to form the crust.
Use a mixer to beat together cream cheese, pumpkin, sugar, vanilla, cloves and nutmeg. Add eggs and beat until mixed in.
Pour mixture into pie tin.
Bake for 40 minutes then refrigerate for 3 hours. Serve with whipped cream.
