Delicious Caipirinha Cocktail
Cachaça, pronounced Ka-sha-sa, is a popular spirit in Brazil, distilled from cane sugar and the main ingredient in the Brazilian national cocktail, Caipirinha.
Makes 2 cocktails
• 1 Lime, cut into chunks
• 2 t white sugar
• 4 Ounces Cachaça
• 2 Cups ice cubes
• 2 Glasses, low ball
Squeeze a couple chunks of lime into each glass and drop them in the glass
Add the sugar – split between each glass.
Crush or muddle the mixture.
Add the ice, and Cachaça, split between each glass, and stir well. Serve with a lime garnish.
