Gluten Free Grilled Cheese Cheesy Waffle

Toast two waffles in the oven until slightly browned. Then, add 2 Tbsp of butter to a pan on medium heat.
Once the butter has melted, add your crispy waffles to the pan. Layer them with cheese, your favorite Mac & cheese and more cheese. Seal your sandwich with another cheesy waffle and cover the pan with a lid for a few minutes.
Flip over your sandwich and cook until both sides are slightly browned and the cheeses are melted.
Serve with tomato soup and enjoy!!
