Bacon & Cheddar Jalapeño Poppers

Spice things up with a cheesy twist 🌶️🧀 These Jalapeño Poppers made with Bacon & Cheddar Cheese Bread are crispy, melty, and packed with flavor in every bite.

Ingredients

  • 1 bag Bacon & Cheddar Cheese Bread, thawed overnight
  • 3 tbs pickled jalapeños(or too taste), diced
  • 2 oz shredded mozzarella
  • 4 oz cream cheese, softened
  • 1 T green onions or chives, diced
  • Optional: bacon strips to wrap each cup
  • Mini muffin tin(s)

    Preheat oven to 385°F. Spray a muffin tin with nonstick spray.

    Press one cheese bread dough ball into each muffin tin, covering the sides and creating a cup shape in the center.

    Bake in the oven for 10 minutes.

    While the cups bake, mix the remaining ingredients in a small bowl until well combined.

    Remove the Cheese Bread cups from the oven. Let cool for a few minutes.

    Spoon, pipe or otherwise fill the cups with the cream cheese mixture.

    Bake again for 5 minutes or until the the cheesy center is gooey and melted.
