Cheddar & Parmesan Meatball Sliders

These saucy little sliders will have everyone grabbing seconds before the next play even starts. 🧀🏈

Ingredients

  • 1 bag Cheddar & Parmesan Cheese Bread
  • Meatballs
  • Marinara
  • Mozzarella
  • Butter
  • Rosemary + Thyme
  • Long toothpicks

    Bake cheese bread according to package instructions. As many as you want or as many as you have meatballs. When the Cheese Bread is done, let them cool.

    While the cheese bread is cooling, heat up the meatballs according to package instructions or your preference. Add sauce and mix well to heat the sauce too.

    Melt butter, and mix in herbs

    When the cheese bread is cool, carefully cut them in half hamburger style.

    Put a sauced meatball in each "brazi bun" and add a mozzarella slice to the top of the meatball. Hold it all together with a skewer.

    Brush with the butter herb mixture and pop back in the oven for 5 or so minutes, until the cheese is melted.
