Cranberry Brie Cheese Bread Tarts

A little sweet, a little savory, and very holiday. These bite-size tarts are baked until golden, melty, and ready to steal the spotlight on your holiday spread 🎄

Ingredients

  • 1 Bag Brazi Bites Cheddar & Parmesan Cheese Bread
  • 8 oz Brie cheese, cut into small cubes (rind can be left on)
  • ½ cup whole-berry cranberry sauce (store-bought or homemade)
  • Optional garnishes: fresh rosemary, or a drizzle of honey

    Thaw Brazi Bites Cheese Bread in the fridge overnight.

    Preheat oven to 385°F. Spray a muffin tin with nonstick spray.

    Press one cheese bread dough ball into each muffin tin, covering the sides and creating a cup shape in the center.

    Place in the oven for 10 minutes.

    Place a cube of Brie into each cup, then top with about 1 teaspoon of cranberry sauce.

    Bake for another 12-15 minutes until golden.

    Garnish with honey and rosemary if desired. Let cool slightly before serving warm. Enjoy!
