Why are you not using traditional Minas cheese for your Brazilian Cheese Bread?

Minas cheese is very difficult to source in the United States, so our co-founders Junea & Cameron experimented with different combinations of cheeses to capture the authentic flavor and texture of pão de queijo. Our Cheddar & Parmesan is the result of their experimentation and the most traditional flavor in our Brazilian cheese bread line. You can read more about our story here: Our Story
