Nothing says Holidays like cranberries. This Cranberry dip with cheddar cheese is a great way to kick off the holiday season or use up leftover cranberry sauce, or both!

Serve this festive and colorful dip with Brazi Bites for a gluten-free pairing your guests will love.

Ingredients:
2 c. extra sharp white cheddar cheese, grated
8 oz. cream cheese (room temperature)
1/4 c. cranberry sauce
1/2 c. fresh cranberries
2 Brazi Bites bags

For the cranberry sauce:
12 oz. cranberries
1 c. plus 2 T. granulated sugar
3 T. orange juice
1 T. lemon juice
1/4 c. water
1 T. chopped fresh thyme
1 T. chopped fresh rosemary

Preparation:
1) Preheat oven to 375F

For the cranberry sauce:
2) Combine all ingredients in a saucepan and cook for 15-25 minutes until cranberries burst and sauce is thickened. Set aside.

For the dip:
3) Mix together the cheddar cheese, cream cheese, cranberry sauce and fresh cranberries. Place into an oven safe dish and cook for 25-30 minutes until bubbly.
4) Cook Brazi Bites per directions on the package. Serve with hot cranberry cheese dip.
